This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Sophon software ("Sophon" or the "Software") provided by Buildersoft LLC ("Buildersoft"). This page is the full, current version of the license referenced during installation of Sophon.
1. License, Not Sale
This software is licensed, not sold. By installing Sophon you agree to the terms of your applicable Sophon license. The Personal tier is provided for individual, non-commercial use.
2. Tiers & Scope
Use of the Pro and Enterprise tiers requires a valid license and is governed by the additional commercial terms set out in our Terms of Service. The Personal tier remains limited to individual, non-commercial use.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
4. Related Terms
Your use of Sophon is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which include important provisions on license restrictions, limitation of liability, and data handling.
